Working and learning

Bold is committed to opening up valuable creative career pathways and have seasonal roles in a number of areas in our organisation.

We are particularly encourage applicants in the following categories for our entry-level roles:

• Those who live, work, and/or study in Southwark or a surrounding Borough.
• Those from underrepresented backgrounds. This includes but is not limited to: members of the global majority; those from lower socio-economic backgrounds; those who are neurodiverse; and those who live with visible and/or invisible disabilities.
• Those in the early stages of a career in the Arts, seeking a move to the Arts from a different sector, or currently studying.

Working

Practical on-site experience and proximity with the administration and operations of the organisation to open up what it means to work in culture and the creative industries.

Learning

Teaching new practical skills and testing them in application, improving overall confidence and ability, and contributing to greater future employability.

Networking

Developing meaningful connections and friendships through shared experience, promoting mutual support and care for each other that will carry with them into the future.

Former seasonal staff have secured roles at South London Gallery, Goldsmiths CCA, Frieze, A.I. Gallery, Roundhouse and OUTSET.
